2. Access to the Trendhaus Alpensee GmbH is only possible with a valid buyer’s card. The type of business must be verified before a buyer’s card can be issued. This can be done by submitting an officially authenticated business registration, the trade card or a certification issued by the relevant professional association. Apart from the type of business, an appropriate form of evidence must be provided, showing that the business is actually operating during the time of the exhibition in question. The buyer’s card is non-transferable and only valid in connection with an identity card. The loss of a buyer’s card must be announced immediately. Cards must be returned voluntarily and without delay in the event of a business closing down. The holder of the buyer’s card is liable if the use of the card is abused. The right to buy goods at the Trendhaus is restricted to the holder of the buyer’s card and to the other individuals for whom he has submitted a written declaration. Other individuals wishing to have the right to purchase must submit a written authorization issued by the card holder and a clean employment record. Legal damage resulting from unauthorized or negligent transfer of the buyer’s card is the responsibility of the holder.
3. The prices listed for the Trendhaus range of goods are daily prices, exclusive of VAT. The goods are subject to change without notice as far as quantities are concerned. Goods are sold in the original packaging or in fixed sales units only. Boxes that have been opened by the customer must be purchased in their entirety.
4. Goods cannot be reserved in advance. Purchasers must take goods with them immediately.
5. Goods cannot be returned or replaced, nor can complaints be made about them once the invoice amount has been paid. No further warranty claims exist.
6. For different industries different minimum turnover is accepted. We will inform you receiping your buyer’s card.
7. Payment must be made immediately, either in cash or by debit card. No rebates are granted without a prior credit note. Offsetting of counterclaims is excluded. Bills of exchange/drafts are not accepted. In the event that the computer backup system fails, resulting in an emergency invoice being issued, the customer must acknowledge receipt of all goods purchased by countersigning said emergency invoice.
8. Until full payment has been made, the goods remain the property of the respective vendor. In the event of resale before the goods have been fully paid for, the claims of the buyer to his/her recipients will be passed on to the respective vendor (extended reservation of ownership). The buyer is obligated to immediately report any access by a third party to goods belonging to the exhibitor and also report any claim that has been passed on to the exhibitor.
9. The buyer confirms the due receipt of the goods by paying the invoice amount. Claims resulting from defects can only be made immediately after receipt of the goods.
10. Entering the Trendhaus Alpensee GmbH, as well as the use of transportation and parking on the Trendhaus premises is at the owner’s risk. Staff members are entitled to check the contents of bags.
11. Place of fulfilment is the business premises of the Trendhaus Alpensee GmbH.
12. Places of jurisdiction are the headquarters of the company in Schorndorf or Stuttgart.
